The theme this year was "fun in the sun". Nice to sit after a long run this morning. The next parade on Veterans Day Ethan will be part of with the Boy Scouts

Octoberfest

Raised $167.50 in 2 hours.  Not bad!  Next year we plan to add a scare element and charge 4 tickets.  Thanks Yo Pa for writing wavers, after the seat belt broke I was really glad to have them.  Was hoping one of my assistants Jasmine could ride for awhile, but on our practice ride she struck a fence.  No injuries but I ended up riding all evening.

Great time on the lake with the Smiths. Only thing better than having a boat is a friend with a boat. Big E love the tube while Zachary couldn't get enough drive time.

Snake stick

Yesterday jogging I thought a snake bit me. Scared the crap out if me! The Gardner on the golf course heard me scream and saw me sprint away from the snake. Jogging this morning I came by the same spot I was bit by the snake and realized it was just a stick resembling a snake. Guess I kicked the stick yesterday and it scratched me. I did run with my iPhone light on in the wee hours this morning just in case.

Celebrating Jesse's and Zachary's birthday on the ice rink. This year Zachary turns 4 and Jesse turns 44. Next year it will be 5 and 55. Topped of the day with burgers and beverages.

Ethan joined a new troop of Boy Scouts. Great to meet 5 minutes away plus the den leader teaches with me. Excited to go camping and participate in all the scout activities this year.
