Great neighbors

While we are basking in Palm Desert
our neighbors are shoveling off 3 feet of fresh powder. Just asked if our roof hadn't collapsed and they grabbed shovels and started digging. Wish we had the such great neighbors in Palm Desert.

Sunnylands

They were supposed to have a family day celebrating the Chinese New Year but concerns about the weather canceled the event. Luckily we were still able to walk the gardens before the rain started.

This sign fits much better in Big Bear instead of Palm Desert.

More snow

Back up to check on the house. Lots of new snow and no leaking roof. Beautiful up in the mountains today. Going for a nice hike before it gets dark.

Jogging back in the desert

The mountain is great but so is the warm desert.
