Happy Halloween

It was fun trick or treating with our friends. Our neighborhood was a little sparse but we drove down the street to a generous neighborhood. I think the kids got about 5 pounds each.

No problems removing the lipoma from my arm. It's a little swelled up and has a plug in it so I will wait to show pictures until next week.

That 9 cm bump will be gone tomorrow. Won't miss this fake muscle at all. A little nervous for the surgery tomorrow.

Joshua tree

Went camping with some friends in Joshua Tree over the weekend. Free admission for all 4th graders and the whole family for the year to any national park. Came across these crazy guys slack lining across giant boulders. Rock climbers put a lot of faith in their ropes.

Yo Pa doesn't even seem tired. Grand kids might start calling him Super Yo Pa. The medal he won weighs 5 pounds and he earned every ounce. I was inspiring to watch and we are very happy we came.

Paddle boarding

While we wait for Yo Pa to finish we rented a paddle board at the resort. It was great to have the vantage point above the water to see coral and fish.

Missed the cut off by 10 minutes. Looking strong! Now it's 113 miles on the bike before running a marathon. 10:00am and it's already almost 90 degrees and humid. We are looking forward to kicking back at the condo during the ride.

Tomorrow Yo Pa will be running, biking and swimming all day. It's pretty warm and humid here. 95 and 60-70% humidity.
